Visa Application

To get a visa to China, there are two options.

• Apply for a tourist visa by yourself.
• Apply for a business visa. In this case we will send you an invitation letter (from the conference organizers) together with some official documents. Participants who prefer this way should send the following scanned files to FengminWang at wfm@emails.bjut.edu.cn and cocoon2015@163.com by April 27, 2015:
• A copy of the first page of your passport (with your personal data).
• The completed form (download)

An accompanying person should send a copy of passport as well. Please kindly note that, we only provide official documents for those who have registered for the COCOON conference.
