Accommodation

COCOON 2013 will be held at Yuquan Campus, Zhejiang University. The conference venue is Run Run Shaw Science Building. All participants are recommended to book a hotel nearby. In the map enclosed you can find out the campus (marked by A) and a list of hotels.

Our local organizers have reserved a number of rooms in the Lily hotel and the Lingfeng hotel. If you have registered for COCOON and you are interested in a room described below, please fill in a hotel reservation form(word-version or pdf-version) and send back to Deshi Ye at yedeshi@zju.edu.cn before the specified deadlines. We will use the “first-come-first-arrange” policy to assign the rooms for fairness. There is no room guarantee for a late reservation.
