Registration

Registration Fees:

NOTE:

1. For each accepted paper, at least one author(even if you are a student) must finish Early Regular Registration to guarantee the paper will be included in the proceedings.(There is NO refund for registration fees on author registrations.)


2. Regular registration includes: the right to attend all COCOON'13 sessions; meals; banquet; one hard copy of the proceedings; a half-day tour.


3. Companion registration does not include COCOON'13 sessions and the proceedings.


4. Student registration does not include the hard copy of the proceedings.


5. We only accept wired money to our bank account. All wired registration fee must be received before March 28 for early registration.

Registration Instruction:

To register for COCOON 2013, please do the following steps:

1. Fill in the registration form (word-version or pdf-version).


2. Submit the completed registration form via e-mail to Ms. Lili Mei (21021182@zju.edu.cn) in order to get our account information.


3. Pay the conference registration fee in US Dollar($) or CNY(￥) via wired money. (Please mark "COCOON 2013, Name and Paper IDs" on the memo)


4. Send the scanned bank receipt to Ms. Lili Mei (21021182@zju.edu.cn).
